i have an 02 Mitsubishi Lancer and when i turn my key to first turn (not all the way to start) i hear a click sound from under the hood and when i shut off my car after i start my car, i hear something like everything is shutting off from under the hood. what could this be?[:-]

 

That you hear would be relays being energized and de-energized.
