hey whats up guys,

have a quick question i just recently bought a used 98' mitsubishi eclipse from a dealership
and i live about 60minutes away so i was driving home on the highway when about 30 minutes into the ride a feel the car like jump i guess you can say so i wondered what it was but didnt stress it so i keep driving until i get about 15minutes away from the house the transmission start skipping from drive to neutral so i was like "f***, this sucks" lol so i rode like that all the way home so i park it and check the fluid see theres none left so i said o this must be the problem great atleast its nothing greater so i get fluid and bring it home then my dad informs me about a leakage so i take a look and say "f***, this sucks" lol so me dad hoists the car up with his tow truck and we look under and we see that the CV joint is busted

so my question is can the tranny fluid leak from the CV joint?
