Default Transmission Speed Sensor Location

I bought a 04 Endeavor back in February... The tranny went out on me going down the interstate and all i could do was get up to 25 mph then the neutral light would flash and once it got down to 20 mph everything would kick back in and id be able to make my way back up to 25. I bought the output speed sensor and put it on and that didnt solve the problem so now im moving on to the input sensor (the computer i used is saying the speed sensor is the problem) so heres the question... Where is the input sensor located? I was told its on the back or side of the tranny by the drive shaft but i guess im half blind... Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
