Default troubleshooting

i have a 03 eclipse gs i was trying to remove the powersteering pump and i clip this wire behind the pump and now the car wont start i replaced a 20amp fuse and it still wont start even after reseting the ecu cuz i thought it would be in limp mode but it still doesnt work idk where the wire goes it looks like the wire is clipped to another wire that goes behind the powerstering pump but i cnt c where it goes need help

Did you check all the fuses?

i found out whats wroung with the car its the crankshaft position sensor i know where it is but does anyone know the easiest way to get to it
