Another way to narrow down the belts is to leave the a/c off during the initial start. If it still squeals, then it's the power steering belt, if not, then it's the a/c compressor belt. Those are the common ones. Your timing belt should not be squealing at all since it is kept in sync with the cams and crank by toothed gears.

lol i'm just kidding. Dont ever do that.
It's most likely a belt that is just old and wines until it heats up and relaxes. Replace the belts, and tension them well.

i had this happen to me and i sprayed belt dressing on my belts except the timing belt and it would stop for minutes then start again...then it kept throwing them off..most likely,because this is what was wrong with mine,either you have a belt on crooked,,just a groove over from one pulley to the next or your balancer is off..my balancer was broken so i had to spend 120 bucks to get a new one from jegs..you can find them cheaper though..i just took the quick way out..
