I sent my body kit to a body shop and their getting it ready for painting. But they said they want me to pick the body parts back up and mount them on my car before they paint the parts so they dont get scratched up. I thought the places always wanted to paint the kits un-mounted? So are they going to just tape every thing off then?

 

might be a better idea to ask the shop what they're going to do as opposed to leaving it up to uninformed strangers to speculate.

 

A lot of times they want to make sure that these kits will fit on your car properlybefore any kind of work is done to them.
