2006 Lancer OBD II port lost power

2006 Lancer OBD II port lost power
While trying to hook up a gps tracker on my teenager's 06 Lancer, I accidentally crossed the #5 and #16 wire on the OBD II plug. I blew a fuse. All the fuses in the under dash and under hood fuse boxes seem to be good. Where is the fuse for the power (#16) OBD II wire?
