Default 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer NO POWER TO FUEL PUMP

HEY EVERYONE,

I have an 09 Lancer ES. Im getting no power to the fuel pump. Car cranks just fine with no start. I sprayed a little Ether in the intake and fires righht up so i know its a fuel issue.
I inspected the fuel pump wires and stuck a tester and noticed im getting no power to the pump in any of the plugs. one plus had very low power. tester barely lit up.
I also scanned car and got a code for camshaft sensor. i do not believe the camshaft sensor would cause no signal or power to fuel pump.
im stumped

If the ECU does not see the signals from the cam and crank sensors it does not know the engine is spinning. Therefore it will not allow fuel pump and ignition to run
