Default 98 gst eclipse no crank

Hey guys this is my first post on here.Im working on a 98 gst that's been sitting for about 5 years his uncle who's in the military gave it to him its got about 80k on it.well it was having some cranking issues be for he parked it so now I'm trying to figure it out.so far I replaced the 4 white wires because they were very corroded and the terminals too.then we replaced the starter and that didn't work then I jumped the netural saftey switch and that didn't help.so is there any other common problems that would cause this car nit to crank??Any help is appreciated

"the four white wires"? you're going to have to get a bit more specific champ.
"the car nit to crank"? the engine is probably seized, for a start,
but you're going to have to get a bit more specific, champ.
makes a noise? doesn't make a noise? good battery in it? lights/electrics work?

If you look at the positive battery terminal there is one main power wire that goes down to the starter then on the same positive battery terminal there are 4 white wires that run to the under hood fuse box.they were heavily corroded so we replaced them.you can here the the starter click just barely but had both the old starter and new starter tested and there both good.the motors not seized we can push start the car and get it started.Any ideas
