2918 Outlander Sport no start situation at school parking lot. So I decided to call Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance number to get a boost, or tow if need be. Well waiting on phone for over an hour before someone picks up. They tell me someone will be there in 90 minutes. So after waiting 2 and 1/2 hours tried to call back to see what was happening well you can guess I was put on hold and I knew no one was going to pick up anytime soon, so I figured what the heck got a ride to my local Autozone to buy a new battery. While at Autozone tow guy calls me up and said he just got there metered the battery Alternator was good, boosted the battery and my wife drove the car home.. I bought the new battery installed it and all good. Just a heads up to anyone who tries to get assistance from Mitsu. Be aware . Maybe it was just bad timing. Anyone else experience this ?
