Just filled our new/used 2002 Galant ES for the first time since getting it. City driving was an impressive 26 mpg. After pulling out of the service station we noticed that the fuel guage was still on the Half mark. As we drove straight and level the needle crept ever so slowly until it finally reached the Full mark about a mile and 3 minutes later. Is this normal? Thanks.

Don't know if it's normal. But mine does the same thing on my 1g Eclipse.
