Disabling Auto A/C Defrost Mode
2003 Outlander - A/C compressor comes on whenever vent control is turned to Defrost or Defrost/Floor mode. Sometimes, I don't need the A/C to come on, especially whenit's freezing outside, and the temp control is turned to full head. I know on my 03 Honda Civic, you can "program" the car into Manual mode so that you control if you want the A/C compressor to come on or not.</P>
Can we do this in a Mitsubishi???</P>

Since no one has responded on this site, I went to the evolutionm.net site and got the info there. </P>
It is not possible to turn the A/C compressor off in Defrost or Defrost/foot mode.</P>
