Ds mode Vs D mode on 2008 Model Outlander
Dear all,
I have a 2008 Model Ex Jap outlander with Transmission lever having following options. P, N, R, D and Ds. I would like to know the difference between D and Ds and in which conditions one can use any of the two. The car also has paddle shifters that work in both D and Ds mode. One can also shift the lever from D to M pushing it rightwards and can shift up and down manually. Don't have English Manual to get info. Thanks in advance

Ds mode, throttle lag is significantly reduced. Likewise, shifts are done much more aggressively and engine braking is increased when the throttle is released.
