Is it legal to be driven in the U.S.?Right hand Drive still? Imported, and re assembled here? and where is the car from it isnt from a dealer that specailizes in importing cars is it?

I also would worry about some things like finding proper parts and stuff. I am not fimiliar with the EVO V being imported in the U.S. only a few supras and stuff so I am curious

its totally legal to drive in the states. Ive changed my mind on which model i have found an Evo III for $11,000 it has no aftermarket engine mods. Only a turbo timer. It has 67,000m. Ralliart will be in the US soon so parts will be more available in a few months. Here are some pics

well it appears to be a very clean example...

in the England theres plenty of these evo 3 's about ... their not to rare .....

but i know all the evo 3 owners i speak to , ... complain about the availability of parts ...

some owners even to have things handmade ... and most try salvage breakers for mitsubishi parts

rather than waiting for the part to arrive from japan ..

I believe it is VERY HARD to import a vehicle....people try and fail. Thats why you don't see these imports all over the place.

Evolution Imports has had some issues with getting things imported in a timely manner. I would simply talk to the guys on the phone and just get an honest answer from them as to when you can expect to receive it.

These cars are sent from Japan to the Bahamas. They have a place in the Bahamas that break the car down to the chasis and brought here to Orlando for reassembly. I know one of the guys that works there and he's a good dude. He's always driving around in some RHD car everytime I see him.
