Default ex lancer

hey all, im thinking of a new project car

an ex lancer, ive been looking around and most of them have rotary engine conversions in them, and im not really into the rotary so i was wandoring what would a good prob 1.8 to 2 litre piston motor to put in it, turbo or non turbo im not sure atm. but whats a few engines to put in it?

and just a question cos im very new to this, im only 15 lol dont laugh but have worked on cars for a while but still learning clearly,

you can convert a fwd engine to rwd by the gearbox aye? im not sure so i just asked.

and how hard would it to put a new age motor in an old car, eg all the extra wires and things new motors need to run, would it be hard to put into an old car

Stop dreaming, unless you really have a hobby and a lot of spare time supported by significant amount of dough in your pocket. This is serious project. I would rather get a job, save money and buy a nice car.
Sorry if this sounds a bit corny.
Peace.

First to make a FWD into a RWD takes a drive shaft and differentials and a whole host of other issues... I wouldnt recommend it. If you have the money to do such a project, go buy a Lancer Evolution and start from a good foundation. Save yourself a headache.....
