Default Fog lights

Hi I have a 2019 mitsubishi outlander gt I turned on my fog lights the light on dashboard is on but my fog lights aren't and I changed bulbs with new H 16 and still doesn't light . what else could be the problem. Thanks

behind the radiator grill is a 4 pin plug. Is that connected?

I would check if the switch works first. In order to do so, take the old lights and put them back, you could put only one, and see if it works. If the old lights work fine - you'll know it's the switch you should pay attention to. Another option is to take out at least one of the new lights and run it to the battery to check if it's working. If it works, you'll know your switch is good to go. That is at least how I check in these situations and even recently did it with my car lighting.
