Default Galant Engine Vibration

I know this issue has been brought up many times, but i have been through the entire list of fixes twice and I still get an engine vibration that sometimes shakes my dash board. This mainly happens when the car is in gear at idle, and gets a little less vibration after its ran a while. The timing is right on, and the balance shaft gear at the lower right side of the timing belt is in the correct position. I have changed 4 of these belts, as I have owned 2 Galants in the last 20 years. I have changed all 4 motor mounts, and the 2 spark plug coils. My plugs were floating in oil, so I also changed the valve cover gasket and the plug cavity gaskets. I am currently running NGK BKR5EGP plugs gapped at .40. I disconnected the battery and then let the car idle for a while, but nothing really changes. I also ran the engine with nothing on the front of the engine except the timing belt and still had the vibration, so its not any of the belt driven devices or pulleys. I even replaced the main crank bolt as it had a slight wobble, but did not make a difference. This all seemed to happen after I had the battery disconnected for about a week as I was getting the alternator changed out. Any one else blessed with this issue?

in gear at idle= box issue.
Swap out for a manual trans.
