Gauge problems

Gauge problems
I have a 99 Galant 2.4L automatic. I am having problems with the gauges in my car. The RPM and fuel level gauges are not working. I checked the fuse and it seems to be alright. The temp gauge, dash lights and idiot lights are all working. Anyone have any idea on what the problem might be?
