i got a light that comes on my car and i do not know what it is, i have a 95 eclipse RS. if you looking at the speed ometer, it is on your right. it is like i square box with waves in it. i hate to buy a book just to know what that is. so if anyone can help me i would appreciate it greatly. my email is kmatuse72@sc.rr.com.

 

I think thats your warning light for low coolant.....

 

I thik your right at first I was thinking temp but that is a gauge and ultimatly temp and coolant have to do with each other

 

oh ok cool. well i gotta get a reserve for it. when i bought it, it did not have one so i'll go get one tomorrow. thanks alot. but what i don't understand is that my temperature is good.

 

if it is the light for collant it doesnt come on to tell you your overheating it is just a warning light saying hey your getting low. Same thing with low oil pressure it just to warn you before something bad happens

it does sound like a coolant. but!!!!! i dont think rs have coolant lights maybe its just me.
