I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse that is having random stalling, loss of power and sometimes it almost dies, but it catches itself and stays running. There is no pattern to this, it happens cold, hot, low on gass, full rain and shine. I replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump to no avail. Its still doing the same thing. No codes on the computer from all of this.

Any help?

Check for a vacuum leak...

 

what car? check the intake vacuum lines all that you got a leak....

 

Turns out it was my brain box (ECU). That fixed it.
