Default Lancer 05 help

so I have an 05 lancer and a few weeks ago it was icy here and I ran into a curb at about 15mph and bent my passenger side rim and now when im driving at about 30-45 mph I hear a sound coming from the driver side tire like if its flat or something is stuck on the tire and when I get to about 50mph and above the noise stops, and to my knowledge the tire seems fine to me so If someone could tell me what might be making the noise would be much appreciated and I did scourer the internet but couldn't find anything matching my problem so thanks in advance.
