Default Mitsubishi Outlander 2018 3.0L GT

Hi everyone I'am looking for information on how to change the Rear pads , And how to Retract the EPB motors on the Rear Calipers to change the Pads I used my Launch X431 Torque and i activated the EPB System it sounds you can hear it but the Pistons don't go in (Do I have to push them in with the Caliper Tool } ? Thanks for the help in Advance

Hey did you fix it..
They have videos where you can use a 9v batter and 2 wire to back the piston.. i took a 9v battery and the connector off a kids toy that it plugs into and cut the 2 wires...then i put the black and red wire on the caliper 2 plugs after you unplug it...find youtube videos about electronic caliper 9v battey...watch those
