Question Montero Sport 2000 XLS Timing or sensor Problem

Hi, I need some help, I have a 2000 Montero Sport XLS 3.0, I have to change the camshaft seal because was leaking oil, after that of course I change the tensioners, water pump and Timing Belt, before install the new parts I clean the area with Formula 88 Degreaser but I dont disconnect the sensors, after that I install back everything and when try to start, nothing happens, I take the crankshaft sensor out, I clean the sensor and after that the engine start but making noises and shaking a lot, I dont know if is sensors problem or Valves bended, I move a little the time to see if I fixe the problem and was doing the same,,,, I dont know wath to do,,,,,
