Default Oil Sensor, Cigarette Lighter Fuse

I have an 03' Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally. It's an automatic and has nothing done to it. When I place the car in park or press the brake my oil light goes on. I bought a new sensor but can't tell where the thing goes. If anyone knows where this is located please let me know, also if you know where the fuse for the cigarette lighter is that would be great to know so I can have a cell phone charger again. Thank you to any help you can provide

Check your owners manual for the cigar lighter fuse.

For the oil sensor "sending unit" I would guess its on the oil filter housing, I checked alldata and there is no pic on where its located.

If I had a manual I wouldn't have asked but I do not. So any input for anything would be great, thanks for your response
