Default Cigarette lighter fuse Blown

I have a 2000 Eclipse. The cigarette lighter will not work. I had plugged in a car heater into the socket and that's when it stopped working.I checked all of the fuses on the side of the dash but all seem to be good, I even went so far as to swap each one of them out. Still no power to front lighter outlet. Everything else seems to still be working electrically
ANY ideas as to where to look next for a fuse for this circuit?

Make sure your checking the right fuse, get a test light and see if you have power to the socket. If all that is good replace the socket.

Check every single fuse the car has.
