P0300 code

P0300 code
I'm new here I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero sport 3.5l and it's throwing a p0300 code with no spark on #3n#6 cylinders please help I got new plugs in it I got new tying belt new water pump and spark plugs and it just started and it's really running rough could use some help
