My outlander's ASC warning light has come on twice. Was wondering if anyone knows an estimated amount of how much it would cost to get fixed if not under warranty.

I would always recommend getting the ABS wheel speed sensors changed first, they are fairly inexpensive and easy to install. Try to pinpoint the problem before making any decisions.
