I truly appreciated Mitsubishi refused to reimburse the bill I got for fixing recall SR-16-009 due to it was a non-genuine Mitsubishi part that I used to repair, my wipers simply stopped working complete dead. Parkway Mitsubishi dealership said they have not got the recall part as yet, so the only choice was to park my outlander on driveway. fantastic service! lack of professionalism and sense of business .
