05 Endeavor, Shield ?

I own an 05 Endeavor, Recently while driving down the road, I ran over what sounded like a pop can, No big deal, Shortly thereafter I started hearing a grinding sound, Sounded like a tailpipe dragging, Only when I accelerated, I pulled over, Looked underneath, Nothing, Took it easy getting home, Found what was making the noise, Looks like I lost the bottom half of a Shield or Cover of some sort, Right near the middle engine area,Looks like there a 4 tabs that hold the two halves together, 2 of which were gone, rusted off. The half that I have is appx 8" X 6", Is there a Part #(s) and/or part name so I can find a replacement, Also, How dangerous is it to drive without this shield on, Until I can pick up the new one, A week tops.
