I've read on some of the stickies you can use a 1g BOV for you 2g eclipse, instead of getting a new BOV for essentially a lot more money...

How do i go about finding a 1g BOV? I don't know anyone who has one and their aren't many junk yards around here...Even if their was, i highly doubt i would find a BOV....

Would it be better to go to an advanced auto parts and order a 1g BOV? If this doesn't work, maybe the dealer? Either way, seems like it would be cheaper...

Do i need anything else for the install, or just the 1g BOV?

I'm new and used to have domestic. (sorry for stupid questions)

 

go to the classifieds on this forum, another dsm web site, or ebay. look for a 1g "uncrushed" BOV that is in good working order. then you just need to buy an adapter flange to fit. i will pull up a link for you so you know what i mean.

OR instead of buying them seperate you can buy this. and will only have to change your piping up a little bit. but may in the end be much cheaper. i can help ya with this part if ya want.

do not buy a new 1g bov... way too expensive.
