Default 2006 Typhoon for 2007 GT Spyder

Will the K&N Typhoon intake kit (part number 69-6502TR) for the 2006 3.8L V6 fit the 2007? Here's the link...

www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=69-6502TR

If you do a search for the 2007 on their site it doesn't come up with anything. I've also emailed K&N directly and they responded with:

"Unfortunately, at this time K&N does not make a performance intake system for your vehicle."
This absolutely SUCKS! I'm hoping someone has some better news.

Thanks, in advance, for anyone that replies.

Fred

nope, no good news. They dont make it yet. The good news is however, there are plenty of other companies that make good intake kits, like Injen

I have the same K&N also and love it, I could have found it a little cheaper on ebay, but I wanted a valid warranty so I got it at here. K&N 69-6502TR, or you can try one of the vendors on the forum here, you can usually find a good deal that way as well. This was very easy to install and I love it.

I only trust K&N air filter but their intake system is still an Infant. not sure if the plastic tubing can withstand HIGH HEAT. the tubing should not get hot.

I recommend Fujita F5 series,Injen and AEM.
