yea personaly i feel it would give a better spool up. Plus there nothing says power like a 3' exhaust tip sticking out of your car

 

for turbo the best set up is 3" and higher depending on how steep your modification go. The better the turbo breaths, the more effective it will function, and the less it takes for the turbine to spool.

Or you can do two 4" borlas from exhaust manifold back, that's what i have on the camaro..just kidding.
