Default catalytic converter

I have a 98 eclipse and to pass echeck i have to have a catalytic converter installed. right now it is only a test pipe, and i was wondering what the best high flow catalytic converter would be to not lose horsepower.

well unless you have a turbo car its not gonna make much of a difference. But if you do have one then i would look into a magnaflow, they have some nice high flow cats
