Default cold air

so, just to get something straight, your not gonna screw up your motor if you just splash a CAI, only if you basically submerge it, right??

yea splashes should not give you a problem with flooding the engine. I had a CAI for over a year and never had a problem, just stay away from those deep puddles, haha. I know of times when people submerged their CAI and the engine died for a bit, then like 1/2 hour later it was fine.

just from water becuase the cold air intake sits behind your front bumper and low where it is suseptable to getting water in it, as opposed to the stock piping which stays in the engine bay
