Default Full Cold Air intake for GST...

Hey guys, do any of you have a full cold air intake in your GST? Is it possible to have one? I went to a performance garage and they said that my short ram connected to my MAF can be extended and made into a cold air intake. So they said that from the turbo I will keep that short ram connected to my MAF and then I can connected another pipe from the end that my filter is now and connect another pipe there downward toward the intercooler, of course making a hole and then connecting my filter. Is this true?

you might be able to but i dont think there is room under there because of the intercooler and all the piping from the intercooler. Also i really dont see much benefit in doing that either. Your really not gonna gain anything.
