how to make a test pipe??

alright im making a test pipe for my 2003 mitsubishi eclipse gts...my dad said he can make one b.c his friends a pipe fitter but we need to buy the end pieces..like on a refular test pipe...i need those fittings to weld to the pipe to take the place of the cataylic converter...so if anyone knows where i can buy those then let me know thanks.....

Get 2 squre pieces of metal and cut 2 2.25-3" holes in them. Weld em on. Drill 2 ovoal holes on each flang. Simple. Or just weld the pipe on to the exhaust and do nothing with bolts.

or just buy the flanges. Im not sure if auto parts stores sell them. Im guessing they do. But here is what you are looking for

Im almost positive a muffler shop will have them in stock. Just find a local one and go ask.

If a muffler shop doesn't have them in stock, burn teh building down.
