How many bolts are on the head?

Default How many bolts are on the head?

I have a situation.. Last night i was trying to get off my exhaust header, and i broke a ratchet off on one of the bolts, and its one of the ones on the botom side of the header. How the hell do i get it off now lol... but anyways my question how many bolts hold down the head? and does anyone have a torque spec cart?

it would really help to know what car you are talking about (year, model, ect.)

and what do you mean by the ratchet broke off? Did the socket actually break? How did it break

yeah my bad, i ment socket. I had to a smaller adapter for that socket and the end of the adapter broke off inside of it and at the same time got stuck on the bolt? make sence? lol. OK anyways the head is on a Eagle talon Esi, 1995

There are 10 head bolts for the 420a engine. Here is the torque specs and method of installing
