It really depends on your preference and budget. Have you tried Road Race Engineering's website?
Lots of Lacer parts out there.

I have a 2003 Lancer OZ rally edition and I have a K&N Typhoon cold air intake. I love it. now im looking for some headers and a new exhaust system. if you want a turbo look into a 16g turbo.
