I have a new 2019 Outlander PHEV that has a weird seat heat symptom. Half of the passenger seat heat is not working. The right side (both seat and back) are not working while the left side (both seat and back) works fine. Is this possibly a wiring connecting issue? Something just not plugged in that should be? If so, where would I look? I know I can take it to the dealer as it's still under warranty, but if it's just plugging something in, it would save me a hour trip to the dealer.
