I just purchased a 1998 Mits Eclipse GS Spyder and noticed that the headlight, dashlights,taillights Flicker when i turn on Turn Signals .
Why ? Is there a Fix ?

^^^^what he said. your alternator should be putting out a minimum of 13.9v DC with the vehicle running at about 2k rpm. Also, take the car to Auto Zone, NAPA, Advanced, or another store that does free battery tests and make sure that the battery isn't going out.
