Default accessory wiring

As it is all the sccessory items I'm installing (ie speaker leds) are wired to the battery, and can be turned on at any time. How would I wire it up so they turn off when the car is taken off accessory? I don't wanna forget something is on and kill my battery overnight.

Well thats the thing, I have them hooked to a switch. I have a fuse block installed under my center console to distribute power to the accessories. Im installing a touch toggleswitch in my ashtray (I dont smoke) but the switch has an "inactive" led. I want to make it so the power goin to the fuse block is cut when the car is not on (or on accessory).
