Default Amp Power Wire Thru Firewall Help

I have 2004 outlander. I am trying to run the power wire from the battery to the amp, all other cars I've had, i've had no trouble finding a way thru. I found where the wireing harness goes thru the firewall, but its so high that it seems like I'd have to pull the whole dash off to get to this.
Does anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance, SssnaKe
