Blower/Heater motor doesn't work

Default Blower/Heater motor doesn't work
Not receiving any voltage to the speed selector switch. Motor works just fine on bench.

Have checked fuses and relays.

Shouldn't at least one terminal on the selector switch have 12V?

I thought they worked from a ground. In other words, I thought the selector switch uses resistance to control speed.

Then is there a control module somewhere that controls the voltage going to the motor?

94 3000GT
Manual AC/Heater controls

Anybody have a wiring diagram?
