just bought a 91 vr-4 need som ecu help
ive never done any type of ecu work in my life and i need some help.like i said i have a 91 vr-4.the guy i bought it from said the ecu needed to be replaced and or needs caps(have no clue what that is) i want to know how to access the ecu so i can do the work myself.

 

On my 95, the ecu is behind the stereo, you can access it by removing the carpet covered panel that runs from the center console all the way up to the footwell. To find out if you have leaky caps, you have to unscrew the panel on your ECU.
