Cig lighter power

Default Cig lighter power
Is there any way to "hot lead" the cigarette lighter receptacle to have power all the time? Charging phone when it shuts down is a pain.

I know it's an old thread, but still haven't found anything. Not that I've been diligently looking. :-)
