Default Driver Seatbelt Warning Malfunction

The driver seatbelt warning bell continues to ding after the seatbelt is connected.

It is a 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor.

I cannot seem to locate the correct bit (even in my 30 in 1 multi screwdriver) to remove the cover to see if there are loose wires....I'm a bit challenged in the electronic department anyways, so I'm not sure I should mess with it to begin with.

Greatly appreciated if anyone has any advice as to the bit needed, as well as any safety advice I should follow before I mess with the wires.

Or should I just take it to a mechanic?

Dealership wants $80 just to look at it so we are not going there.

Thank you.
