so i have an '03 lancer es and i have a few issues that i believe are caused by wiring that has been messed with the instrument panel dome light drivers side head light and passenger side brake light arent functioning correctly ive checked all obvious fixes like bulbs or simply disconnected wires but found that theres nothing missing/burned out any suggestions on where i could get this fixed?
