My Harddrive i dead. Does any one know where to buy an new HDD with all the right software, or if it is possible download the software and create a new by my own.

C-Crosser driver here in UK. There are specific models of 2.5" IDE hard drives that will work with the MMCS. The drive will need to be formatted and partitioned very specifically. There is information available where you can download images but they would probably need a lot of tweaking. It also depends on the hardware of your Outlander and what things you have installed on it. I think you would have to clone an existing drive and then follow guides on how to unlock MMCS drive. I have done it but I also needed to build an old computer to be able to read and recognise the drive and the various commands to unlock the drive. My MMCS version has no USB, so could not do it that way.

What version MMCS do you have?
