hi i have an evo 3 and my headlights,dashlights, and taillights stopped working the brake lights work so do the indicators any help please

 

my front headlights, dashboard lights, and rear lights dont work but when i put on the brake , it works, but it wont light up when i take my foot off the brake. this is on my 98 eclipse, and it is fustrating as hell. any idea?

 

i would first check all fuses both in car and in engine bay. If none of those are bad then its gotta be bad wiring somewhere.
