Can anybody tell me what the pins go to in my OBD connector? I have a diagram but it doesn't match what's in my car. The populated pins are 1 3 4 5 8 10 11 12 13 and 16. I know 16 is power, and 4 is ground, but past that i'm at a loss.

Any help would be great.
